What to include in a request
Include the Google account email used for the purchase, the Paddle receipt or order reference if available, and a short description of the issue so support can locate the transaction quickly.
What happens after approval
Approved refunds revoke the related premium entitlement or paid consumable grant from the same account. This prevents refunded access from remaining active after the payment is reversed.
