Include the purchase email, receipt ID or receipt reference if available, and a short description of the issue so support can locate the transaction quickly.
What happens after approval
Approved refunds revoke the related premium entitlement or paid consumable grant from the matching email receipt account. This prevents refunded access from remaining active after the payment is reversed.
